Figen EREN
Independent Director
Ms. Figen Eren-Gangloff spent more than 20 years in legal and regulatory advice to local and global companies as well as PE/RE houses on international transactions, private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and reorganisation. Since 2015, she specialises in investment management related matters, in particular Compliance, Marketing and AML, for AIFM.
After having served as external legal advisor, she held internal senior positions of Head of Legal and General Counsel in global.
Ms. Eren-Gangloff started her career at the Court of Justice of the European Union. After that, she worked for international law firms in Luxembourg where she gained experience in corporate law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Investment funds and litigation. Then she joined Oaktree Capital Management, as Director heading the legal and corporate department. After that, she worked for LVMH and L Catterton Real Estate as Director, head of Legal, Compliance and Risk Management. Then, Ms. Eren-Gangloff joined Sienna Investment Managers, the alternative investment platform of Groupe Bruxelles Lambert, as General Counsel. In 2021, she joined Praesidium SA, an alternative investment fund manager, as Partner assuming the role of Group General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer.
She also served as an Independent Non-Executive Director at several boards.
Ms. Eren-Gangloff earned a master’s degree in law and a Postgraduate Diploma (D.E.S.S./Master II) in European Law from the University Robert Schuman of Strasbourg (France) and the University of Luxembourg.
She is a member of Luxembourg Bar Association since 2003 and is a CSSF authorised Director since 2015.
Stéphanie LAPLANE
Independent Director
Ms. Stéphanie Laplane spent more than 27 years in Finance in Luxembourg. Since 2015, she specialises in asset management related matters, in particular Fund Administration, Internal Audit and oversight of the delegates.
After having served as Conducting officer in UCITS and AIFMS and board member of an AIF she held a position of authorised director in a regulated wealth manager (PSF).
Ms. Laplane started her career in 1998 at BNP then she joined CACEIS where she stayed for 15 years and acquired a very large experience in Fund Administration and Depositary Bank. After that, she joined DNB Asset Management S.A. as Conducting officer for 6 years where she has been responsible for first Risk Management and then for Fund Administration, IT and Internal audit. Then she joined BNP Paribas Asset Management as Conducting Officer, COO. After that, she started working for Finare Asset Management S.A., a regulated PSF as Authorised Director.
She also served as an Independent Non-Executive Director at several boards.
Linda GUERRAS
Independent Director
Ms Linda Guerras has over 10 years of experience providing legal, compliance and risk management advice to local and global companies, as well as private equity and real estate houses, particularly focusing on international transactions, investment funds, corporate governance, and regulatory matters. She provides strategic advice to the board and senior management, ensuring adherence to local and international regulations, while managing legal documentation, investor communications, and corporate governance processes.
After having served as external legal advisor, she held internal senior positions of head of legal and managing director.
Ms Linda Guerras began her career in Luxembourg as a corporate lawyer at Q Consulting SA, where she gained foundational experience in corporate law,
company incorporation and contract drafting. She then joined OPEXIA PSF S.A. as Corporate and Legal Officer, overseeing the legal and administrative
operations for managed companies and providing strategic compliance advice. In 2015, she moved to EDP Management S.A., a BNP Paribas subsidiary, a management company of a pan-European alternative investment fund investing directly in real estate through office spaces, logistics buildings, residential properties and healthcare real estate assets. In these roles, she was deeply involved in the implementation of legal and regulatory strategies for investment funds with a strong focus on AIFMD, FATCA, and AML compliance.
Since 2021, she has been with Finare Asset Management S.A., where she currently holds the role of Chief Compliance, Risk Officer and Managing Director. Here, she has been responsible for managing compliance frameworks, risk management, and corporate governance, ensuring regulatory adherence across multiple jurisdictions.
She has also served as an independent non-executive director on several boards.
Linda Guerras earned a master’s degree in law and a Postgraduate Diploma (D.E.S.S./Master II) in European Law from the University of Nancy (France).
She is a member of Luxembourg ALCO Association and is a CSSF authorised Director since 2016.
