Exchange enriches debate<\/h2>

Diversity is about more than just representation, it is also expressed in the exchanges of views between individuals.<\/strong><\/p>\n

By listening and being open to different opinions, we can understand issues from different perspectives.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our directors are active participants on the boards of directors they work with, bringing a fresh approach to the issues raised and contributing their opinions.<\/p>\n

This concept of sharing is also an integral part of the communication fostered between our women directors on the D\u2019WinD platform. Respect for everyone is central to our approach<\/h2>

The confidence needed for diversity to be expressed within a Board of Directors or any other organisation comes from listening to and showing respect for others and the opinions voiced.<\/strong><\/p>\n

An approach founded on respect contributes to constructive and dispassionate debate, as well as enriching different points of view.<\/p>\n

Diversity is expressed in many different ways. We believe that taking into account a broad range of viewpoints is essential in order to support organisations\u2019 development. Not only that, but also drawing on advice from a wide variety of complementary expertise.<\/strong><\/p>\n
